The Toronto Resuscitation Conference hosted by FIRST60, in partnership with Ornge is coming to Toronto on Tuesday, June 10th 2025.
Weekly ‘Team Grad’ Rounds
Graduate students in FIRST 60 are invited to attend ‘Team Grad’ weekly round, held every Monday morning at 11am EST.
The informal rounds allow trainees to talk about and through challenges, problems and share learnings amongst one another in a supportive environment. The sessions are moderated by the FIRST 60 Program Manager.
Monthly Research Forums
All Scientists, trainees and research staff are invited to attend the monthly FIRST60 Research Forum, held the first Thursday of the month at 10am EST.
The sessions serve to bridge groups by celebrating successes, sharing updates with ongoing projects, offering a forum for participants to share more broadly a project and pitch an idea for future work in a supportive and collaborative setting.
Strategic Retreats
Strategic retreats are held to bring Scientists whose interests are in prehospital, trauma and/or resuscitation together with the goal of building connections.
To date, FIRST60 has hosted 3 strategic retreats in May 2023, November 2023, and May 2024.
