Johannes von Vopelius-Feldt

Biography
Dr. Vopelius-Feldt is an emergency physician and trauma team leader at St. Michael’s Hospital and a transport medicine physician for Ornge. He is an assistant professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto and Scientist at the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute, Unity Health Toronto.
Dr. Vopelius-Feldt’s education spans Scotland, Germany and most recently England. He completed a PhD funded by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR UK, over $300,000) on the topic of prehospital critical care for cardiac arrest. He is first author on over 10 publications relating to various aspects of prehospital critical care and completed a fellowship in prehospital critical care at the University of Toronto.
